Things to Note
  • The DMSi© client only needs to be installed once to access a DMS that may contain data for multiple dealership locations.
  • The DMSi© client does not need to be installed at your dealership if you have a DealerTrack DMS. For assistance integrating your DealerTrack DMS please contact the DMSi© Support team.
Computer Requirements
  • DMSi© must be installed on a computer at minimum running Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows 2000/2003 Server. All later versions of Windows or Windows Server operating systems are supported.
  • The computer or server on which you install DMSi© must have access to both the Internet and your DMS.
  • To ensure the security of communications with your computer, DMSi© uses the Microsoft dot-Net Framework. During the installation your computer will be automatically checked to confirm it has the required version, and if it does not your computer will be updated and may need to be restarted during the setup process.
